South East England offers some of the most spectacular coastline in Britain, including Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters and the famous white cliffs of Dover, as well as sandy beaches, beautiful coves and stylish waterfronts, making it an ideal visitor destination.

Priory Bay - Isle of Wight

The popular seaside resorts of Brighton, Margate and Bognor Regis can be found within the South East as well as the seafront towns of Portsmouth and Southampton. A short journey across the water takes you to the Isle of Wight and its amazing beaches and attractions.

So rather than thinking of the South East as the gateway over to Europe via the Channel Ports of Dover and Folkestone, stop and enjoy the scenery, resorts and attractions it has to offer.
